Window cleaning
Windows both internal and external are cleaned using the reach and wash method. The reach and wash cleaning system pumps fresh, purified water direct from tanks in our vans through a strong telescopic pole and into a brush head. The soft bristles and pure water gently clean away the dirt before the surfaces are left to dry naturally.
No detergent is used, so no residue remains on glass or frames.
Purified water ensures that the surface are left cleaner and therefore stay clean longer.
Kitchen deep cleans
We can provide a kitchen cleaning service that includes canopy cleaning, the cleaning of stainless steel surfaces, on-site or off-site filter cleaning and hard floor surface cleaning.
Tile and wall degreasing, overhead lighting and paintwork wash downs can be carried out and oven and fat fryer deep cleans can be undertaken.
House clearance and cleans

House and ground clearances (RORs and PTLs ) unless specified by our clients, void property cleaners include removal of all furniture, beds and bedding, kitchen appliances, rubbish, carpets and remaining possessions. Generally only fittings and fixtures will be left behind. Grounds clearance can include all items of household and garden rubbish including shed dismantling and disposal where required. In addition to this we offer tree and shrub clearance and grass mowing and strimming.
Prior-to-lets
This is a customer specific service, preparing properties to a clean and hygienic pre-let standard. These services can include cleaning all floors, including carpets, window-sills and ledges to remove any dirt or grime. We then provide an anti-bacterial solution to all floors, cleaning wall, window-sills, doors and cupboards. Sanitaryware and sinks can also be treated to remove lime scale.
Environmental services
