> Airless spray painting to factory ceilings, walls and steelwork.
> Road markings and car park layouts using thermoplastic coating.
> Complete internal office re-decoration undertaken including stairwells and communal areas.
> Paperhanging (both domestic wall coverings and wide contract vinyl).
> Multi-colour spray finished for washrooms and corridors.
> Machine painting using both alkyd-based products and two-pack epoxy resin paint finish.
> Floor preparation and coatings of single pack polyurethane or two-pack epoxy resin paint finishes.
> Factory line painting, stenciling, signage/ alpha numeric and correct B.S. range pipe identification colour coding.
> Textured paint finishes, anti-mould treatments and food hygiene/sterile areas painted with approved specialist paint.
Office and commercial refurbishments
Part of the service we offer includes office and commercial property refurbishment. We undertake minor repair work including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, office partitioning, suspended ceilings and carpet fitting, all of these skills are undertaken by qualified experienced trades persons and project managed by Zenith Contractors.
Flood and fire damage
We are often asked to provide flood and fire damage repair work. This can include the full spectrum of services from minor structural repair work, carpentry, replastering, plumbing and electrical to final painting and decorating and re-carpeting. This comprehensive one-stop service minimises disruption and inconvenience and allows businesses and organisations to get back to operating normally as soon as possible.
